Refund and Return Policy

At GoGoal Store, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. We offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange.

How to Start a Return:

If you wish to return an item, simply contact us at support@gogoal.store within 30 days from the date of delivery. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for sending the item back to us. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Once we approve your return, we’ll send you a return shipping label and clear instructions on how to proceed. Please note that returns without prior approval will not be processed.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

We strive to ensure your products are in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us immediately at support@gogoal.store. We will handle the issue promptly and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Customized and Personalized Items:

Custom or personalized items are made especially for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you have any concerns about customized products, please contact us at support@gogoal.store for assistance.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: We will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind or Non-Defective Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Restocking Fees:

There are no restocking fees for returns.

Exchanges:

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. We do not accept exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of your refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
